Abstract
Dronovi su danas vrlo popularne i dostupne letjelice. Ideja je vječna, no tek napretkom tehnologije postaje moguće istu realizirati. U ovom radu opisani su pojmovi vezani uz dronove, povijest razvoja, današnji oblici i modeli dronova, današnja i buduća primjena i zakonske regulative vezane uz istu. Dronovi mogu biti vrlo korisni, no s druge strane i vrlo opasni, te je zbog sigurnosti prije svega zračnog prostora, a i svih na tlu, potrebno pravilima i propisima regulirati upotrebu dronova. U radu se detaljnije analiziraju značajnije svjetske države u području regulative dronova. Temeljem toga, pokušat će se predvidjeti budući trendovi upotrebe dronova, te zakonske regulative koje ih prate.
