Abstract
Pojašnjavanje sustavskog pristupa kod istraživanja ponašanja organizacija te izlaganje temeljnih koncepata modeliranja i simulacija. Prikaz osnova sustavkske dinamike i povijest uspješne primjene modela. Osvrt na alate sustavske dinamike te prikaz odabranog organizacijskog problema pomoću alata Vensim.
