Abstract
Ljudi su prirođeno društvena bića i traže vezu s drugima kako bi ispunili svoje potrebe za društvom i pripadanjem. Male grupe nude pojedincima platformu za uspostavljanje odnosa s drugima, bilo u kontekstu obitelji, obrazovanja ili posla. Ove grupe olakšavaju ne samo formalne procese kao što su učenje i rješavanje problema, već i neformalno druženje, koje jača međuljudske veze i potiče osjećaj zajedništva. Rad se bavi komunikacijom u malim grupama i teorijskim pristupima izučavanja istih. Među poznate perspektive za izučavanje komuniciranja u malim grupama pripadaju: teorija društvene razmjene, teorija pravila, sustavska teorija, teorija konvergencije, strukturna teorija, teorija igara.
