Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu završnog rada opisan je povijesni razvoj ureda i uredskog poslovanja s naglaskom na poslovne funkcije i uredske procese. Definirani su informacijski sustav te računovodstveni, financijski, proizvodni i marketinški informacijski sustav. U radu su navedene prednosti i nedostatci elektroničkog uredskog poslovanja i detaljno je razrađena Uredba o uredskom poslovanju. Nadalje, objašnjeni su pojmovi virtualnog, digitalnog i mobilnog ureda, zatim internet bankarstvo i e-Građani kao sustavi elektroničkog uredskog poslovanja te modeli elektroničkog poslovanja s obzirom na sudionike. Praktični dio završnog rada sadrži analizu usklađenosti IT poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj sa važećom Uredbom o uredskom poslovanju te polustrukturirane intervjue s uredskim zaposlenicima.
