Abstract
Pojam, vrste i svrha zaliha. Struktura troškova zaliha, čimbenici koji utječu na zalihe te prednosti i nedostaci držanja zaliha. Nezavisna i zavisna potražnja te modeli koji se primjenjuju s obzirom na potražnju. Ekonomična količina naručivanja, sustav povremenog i kontinuiranog nadzora, ABC i XYZ klasifikacija, MRP i MRP II. Usporedba modela nezavisne i zavisne potražnje.
