Abstract
Ovaj rad sastoji se od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu pojašnjeni su opći pojmovi privatnosti te kartica vjernosti isto kao i rizici koji dolaze uz upotrebu kartica vjernosti. U praktičnom dijelu rada ispitalo se znanje korisnika kartica vjernosti o pravima koja imaju temeljem zakona te koliko su upoznati sa funkcijama i pravima koja imaju u programima vjernosti u koje su učlanjeni.
