Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada usredotočuje se na planiranje kao važnu funkciju menadžmenta, detaljno definirajući njegovu svrhu, razine i proces. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na strategiju kao ključan korak u planiranju, istražujući važnost njenog formuliranja i primjene u suvremenim organizacijama. Kroz završni rad se analizira proces određivanja strategije kroz korake poput analize vanjske i unutarnje okoline, SWOT analizu te formuliranja strategije na korporacijskog, poslovnoj i funkcijskoj razini. Kroz studiju slučaja odabranog ICT poduzeća, primjenjuju se teorijski koncepti na konkretnom primjeru, što omogućuje dublje razumijevanje kompleksnosti strategijskog upravljanja u modernom poslovnom okruženju. Zaključci provedene studije slučaja ističu važnost prilagodljivosti i inovacija u procesu planiranja radi uspješnog suočavanja s dinamičnim izazovima tržišta.
