Abstract
Lean startup je menadžerski pristup koji svoje osnovne principe preuzima iz lean proizvodnje. Iako se primarno razvio za potrebe tehničke domene, lean startup pristup upravljanju je prilagodljiv pa ga je moguće primijeniti u svakoj industriji. Metodu lean startup je utemeljio Eric Ries koji startup poduzeća definira kao organizacije koje su oblikovane kako bi stvorile nešto novo u uvjetima ekstremne nesigurnosti. U središtu lean startup pristupa je BML ciklus (eng. Build – Measure - Learn) čiji je cilj poduzetnika dovesti do spoznaje koja njegova pretpostavka ima realno utemeljenje odnosno tržišnu opravdanost. U radu će biti opisan razvoj i najvažniji principi lean startup metode te će se analizirati istraživanje provedeno nad startup poduzećima u Hrvatskoj kako bi se vidjelo jesu li lean.
