Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je identificirati prilike i izazove s kojima se susreću obiteljski poduzetnici. Putem teorijskog i istraživačkog djela dat će se dublji uvid u segment obiteljskog poduzetništva. U teorijskom dijelu navest će se prednosti i nedostaci samog obiteljskog poduzetništva, vrste obiteljskog poduzetništva te izazovi i prilike s kojim se susreću obiteljski poduzetnici. Zatim će se objasniti i konflikti kojima je vrlo važno upravljati u ovakvom obliku poduzetništva. Nadalje će se objasniti nasljeđivanje koje je važno kvalitetno planirati radi opstanka poduzeća u slijedećim generacijama, a na samom kraju teorijskog dijela ćemo se osvrnuti na institucije koje podupiru razvoj obiteljskog poduzetništva. U istraživanju će se koristiti dostupni sekundarni i primarni podaci o obiteljskim poduzećima koji će biti prikupljeni kroz intervju s poduzetnicima.
