Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu razrađuje se koncept relacijskih baza podataka i uloga SQL jezika, s naglaskom na njegove ključne značajke i funkcionalnosti. Na temelju bolnice koja je aplikacijska domena za ovaj rad razrađuje se model baze podataka, uključujući kreiranje tablica, definiranje odnosa među njima, te formuliranje SQL upita za upravljanje podacima. Pritom će se opisati kako se koristi alat MySQL Workbench za modeliranje i implementaciju baze podataka. Za kraj, na temelju izrađene baze podataka, prikazat će se izrađeno web sučelje koje pomaže pri manevriranju s podacima u bazi podataka.
