Abstract
U radu se istražuju i analiziraju ključne razlike između ženskog i muškog poduzetništva, te se istražuje utjecaj mijenjanja društvene svijesti o ulozi žena u poslovnom svijetu i društvene percepcije među spolovima. Cilj je analizirati i usporediti žensko i muško poduzetništvo s naglaskom na različite perspektive, izazove i utjecaje s kojima se susreću. Istraživanje se temelji na analizi putem ankete koja će biti provedena među određenim brojem sudionika, postavljajući im određena pitanja o samim razlikama koje se odnose na muško i žensko poduzetništvo. Svrha istraživanja ovog rada jest usporedba muškog i ženskog poduzetništva, s ciljem da dobijemo uvid u percepciju i stavove ljudi prema muškim i ženskim poduzetnicima. Kroz ovu studiju cilj je detaljno istražiti razlike i sličnosti između ženskog i muškog poduzetništva, te identificirati ključne faktore koji utječu na održivost i uspjeh poduzeća koje vode žene i muškarci.
