Abstract
Pouzdani prijenos elektroničkih poruka je jedan od osnovnih zahtjeva koji se postavlja u e-poslovanju. Ovaj rad donosi pregled zakonske regulative, normi i specifikacija u RH i EU vezano za ostvarivanje pouzdanog prijenosa na području e-poslovanja. Posebno je obrađena norma ebXML Messaging Service i specifikacije Web Services primjenom kojih se može ostvariti pouzdani prijenos podataka. U radu se nalazi i pregled primjera prijenosa podataka implementacijom eb Messaging Service (ebMS) specifikacija te korištenje SOAP web servisa realizirano u Java programskom jeziku.
