Abstract
Rad prikazuje novi tip poduzetništva gdje poduzetnici koriste inovativne potencijale da bi riješili društvene probleme. Prikazane su poduzetničke prilike za socijalno poduzetništvo od karakteristika socijalnih poduzetnika, izvora financiranja i izazova, institucionalnog i zakonodavnog okvira te primjene u pojedinim zemljama. Također su prikazani primjeri dobre prakse te istraživanje vezano uz socijalno poduzetništvo.
