Abstract
Odgoj i obrazovanje djeteta kroz povijest dobiva sve više na značenju, pa se tako i odgojiteljska profesija sve više počinje cijeniti. Odgojitelj je ključna osoba u životu djeteta koja potiče dijete na uspjeh. Kompetencije odgojitelja neizostavne su za razvoj djeteta, kompetentniji odgojitelj će dijete bolje usmjeriti na pravi put i omogućiti širi raspon informacija. Današnji odgojitelji se suočavaju sa velikim brojem izazova koje donose migracije, razvoj tehnologije i industrijski napredak. Odgojitelji budućnosti trebaju posjedovati širok raspon osobina i mogućnosti daljnjeg usavršavanja kako bi pratili korak današnjeg i budućeg društva. Ovim istraživanjem smo pokušali ispitati stajališta budućih odgojitelja o budućnosti odgojiteljske profesije i snalaženju među novim izazovima koje im društvo donosi.
Abstract (english)
Raising and educating a child through history is becoming more and more important, so the education profession is starting to be appreciated more than ever. An educator is a key person in the life of a child who encourages him to succeed. The competencies of the educator are indispensable for the development of a child; an educator who is more competent will better direct the child to the right path and provide a wider range of information. Today's educators are faced with a number of challenges brought by migration, technology development, and industrial progress. Future educators need to have a wide range of features and opportunities for further training in order to keep up with the current and future society. With this research, we tried to examine the views of future educators about the future of the educational profession and to find new challenges for society.
