Abstract
Kroz povijest se mijenjalo razumijevanje uloge dječjeg vrtića i jaslica. Danas kada govorimo o dječjem vrtiću govorimo o ustanovi za odgoj i obrazovanje djece u koju djeca dolaze već u jasličkoj dobi pa sve do polaska u školu. U posljednje vrijeme dosta se govori o dječjem vrtiću kao „dječjoj kući“ pod tim pojmom smatramo da se dijete u vrtiću osjeća kao kod kuće, da je ugodna atmosfera, da se dijete osjeća sigurno i voljeno. Djeca veliki dio vremena provode u dječjem vrtiću, stoga im trebamo osigurati što kvalitetnije okruženje. Okruženje treba poticati djecu na učenje i istraživanje, treba biti opremljeno različitim poticajnim materijalima, igračkama, knjigama...Materijali trebaju biti dostupni djeci. U radu je na temelju relevantne literature prikazana uloga jasličkog okruženja, važnost poticajnih materijala, te uloga odgojitelja u jaslicama.
Abstract (english)
Throughout history, the meaning and role of kindergarten and nursery has changed. Nowdays, when we speak about kindergarten we are talking about an institution which serves for education of children who come already in the nursery age until they start school. Because of that, there was a phrase for kindergarten as a kids-house which originally means the feeeling like in their own house, in good atmosphere and finally, with feel of love and securtiy. Kids spend most of their time in kindergarten, so institutions need to provide positive environment which need to encourage kids on studying and researching. Also, it needs to be place with toys, books and materials for develop skills. This seminar is created from relevant materials and books, and represent why is importatnt for kids to go in kindergarten, to spent time with educators.
