Abstract
U ovome će se radu analizirati virusne infekcije praćene osipom kod djece rane i predškolske dobi. U njih ubrajamo ospice, rubeolu, vodene kozice, eritemu infekciozum (petu bolest), egzantemu subitum (trodnevnu vrućicu) i bolest šake, stopala i usta. Svaka od navedenih virusnih infekcije bit će opisana, a zatim će se navesti njihove karakteristike, način prijenosa te liječenje. Za pojavu virusne infekcije praćene osipom, a zatim i njezino širenje moraju biti ispunjeni uvjeti koji su povezani u epidemiološki lanac. Za sprječavanje i prevenciju bolesti važne su higijenske mjere, kao i (imuno)profilaktične mjere. Higijenske mjere odnose se pranje ruku, dezinficiranje prostora, boravak na svježem zraku, mijenjanje podloge na kojoj se previjaju djeca, na higijensko pranje bočica, sušenje ruku toplim zrakom, jednokratnu upotrebu ručnika, upotrebu blagih sapuna ili sredstva za dezinficiranje. Za razliku od higijenskih mjera (imuno)profilaktične mjere odnose se na cijepljenje. Cilj ovoga rada je istraživanjem otkriti i prikazati koje se virusne infekcije praćene osipom najčešće pojavljuju kod djece rane i predškolske dobi, utječe li područje stanovanja (urbano i ruralno područje) na virusne infekcije praćene osipom, broj braće i sestara na njihovo širenje te obolijevaju li češće djevojčice ili dječaci. Metoda istraživanja u ovome radu je anketa za odrasle punoljetne osobe (roditelje/skrbnike djece koja pohađaju dječji vrtić). U radu će također biti prikazane radionice koje se mogu provesti s djecom kako bi spriječili širenje virusnih infekcija.
Abstract (english)
This paper will analyze viral infections accompanied by rashes in children of early and preschool age. There include measles, rubella, chicken pox, erythema infectiosum (fifth disease), exantema subitum (three-day fever) and hand, foot and mounth disease. Each of the mentioned viral infections will be described, followed by their characterictics, transmission and threatmnet. For the appearance of a virall infection accompanied by a rash, and then its spread, the conditions connected in an epidemiological chain must be met. Hygienic measures, as well as (immuno) prophylactic measured, are important for warding and disease prevention. Hygienic measures refer to hand washing, disinfection the area, staying in fresh air, changing the base on which children are swaddled, hygienic washing of bottles, drying hands with warm air, single-use towels, use of mild soaps or disinfectants. Unlike hygiene measures (immuno)prophylactic measures refer to vaccination. The aim of this work is to find out and show, through research, which viral infections accompanied by rashes most often occur in children of early and preschool age, the influence of the area of residence (urban and rural areas) on viral infections accompanied by rashes, the number of simblings and their spread, whether girls or boys are more offten affected. The research method in this work is a survey for adults (parents/guardians of children who attend kindergarten). The paper will also present workshops that can be conducted with children to prevent the spread of ciral infections.
