Abstract
Cilj mojega završnog rada bio je upoznati motoričku ravnotežu djece predškolske dobi i razmotriti mogućnosti njezinoga razvoja. Ravnoteža je sposobnost uspostavljanja narušenog položaja tijela ili kontrola gravitacijske sile u pokretu. Tjelesna i zdravstvena kultura je sastavni i nedjeljiv dio tjelesnog i zdravstvenog odgojno-obrazovnog područja, a time i općeg odgoja i obrazovanja. Tijekom aktivnosti tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture moguće je razvijati ravnotežu s vježbama statičkog i dinamičkog tipa kroz različite organizacijske oblike tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture djece ove dobi. Cilj praktičnog dijela rada bio je metodom promatranja analizirati motorička gibanja djece predškolske dobi s aspekta ravnoteže. Za tu sam svrhu osmislila motoričke zadatke čije rješavanje uvelike ovisi o sposobnosti ravnoteže. Moguće je zaključiti kako se s vježbama ravnoteže treba započeti vrlo rano i trebaju biti naglašeni dio zadataka u aktivnostima tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture, osobito djece mlađe i srednje predškolske dobi.
Abstract (english)
The goal of my final project was to introduce motor balance preschool children and to assess the possibilities of its development. Balance is the ability to establish impaired posture or control gravitational forces on the move. Physical education is an integral and indivisible part of physical education areas, and thus the general education. Activities during physical education can develop balance exercises with static and dynamic types through different organizational forms of physical and health education of preschool children. The goal of practical part of the study was to analyze the method of observation, motor movements of preschool children in terms of balance. For this purpose, I developed motor tasks, the resolution of which depends largely on the ability to balance. It is possible to conclude that the balance exercises should be started early and should be part of the tasks outlined in the activities of the physical education of children especially young and middle-school-age children.
