Abstract
Promet predstavlja jednu od najvažnijih gospodarskih grana neke država ili nekog manjeg dijela te iste. Cilj prometne mreže je osigurati efikasno, sigurno i brže vođenje prometnih tokova odnosno kompletne prometne situacije. U svrhu poboljšanja prometne situacije i odabiru mjera koje bi to mogle omogućiti, veliki utjecaj imaju financijska sredstva kojima raspolažu županijske uprave. Rješenja poboljšanja prometne situacije pokušavaju se naći na temelju analiziranja i istraživanja prometne mreže, izradi kvalitetnih projekata, kao i manjim korekcijama na prometnoj mreži i njezinoj infrastrukturi. U ovome radu analizirat će se cestovna mreža Istarske županije te će se na temelju izvršene analize predložiti mjere poboljšanja.
Abstract (english)
Traffic represents one of the most important branches of one states economy. The main goal of the traffic network is to secure efficient, safer and faster menagement of traffic situation in a whole. In order to enhance traffic situation and choose from variety of measures to enable this enhancement, a major influence can be found in the financial department of countys board. Solution to the enhancment of traffic situation can be found by analysis and research of traffic network, by making quality projects, as well as simpler corrections of traffic network and its infrastructure. Theme of this final paper will be analysis of Istrian countys road network, also measures for its improvement based on analysis mentioned beforehand.
