Abstract
U radu su definirane i obrađene tehnologije širokopojasnog bežičnog pristupa Internetu. Napravljena je sistematizacija tehnologija po kriterijima dometa i područja pokrivenosti zajedno s pristupnim brzinama pojedinih tehnologija. Nadalje, napravljena je analiza porasta broja korisnika u svijetu i Republici Hrvatskoj te je napravljena komparativna analiza pružatelja usluga bežičnog pristupa Internetu po dostupnoj količini podataka, dostupnosti, pristupnoj brzini te cijeni tarifnog paketa.
Abstract (english)
The technologies of broadband Internet access are defined and analysed in this paper. The systematisation of access technologies has been conducted based on range, coverage and access speed of certain technologies. Furthermore, an analysis of the increase of Internet users in the world and Croatia has been conducted and a comparative analysis of wireless broadband Internet access service providers has been conducted based on accessible data, availability, access speed and package prices.
