Abstract
Metode planiranja logističkih procesa alati su za uspješno vođenje lanaca opskrbe. Danas u trendu globalizacije postoji više različitih postupaka i metoda za planiranje različitih logističkih aktivnosti i procesa. Budući da je svaki lanac opskrbe jedinstven i zaseban, ne postoji šablonski primjer rješavanja logističkih problema, nego je zadaća logističkih operatora uvijek iz nova kalkulirati optimalno rješenje. U tu svrhu kroz iskustveni razvoj iznikle su različite metode za različite aktivnosti unutar logističkog lanca. Zadaća metoda za planiranje logističkih procesa je pomoći logističkim operatorima u donošenju odluka prilikom rješavanja logističkih problema. Rezultat dobrog odabira i implementacije određene metode treba biti u prvom planu optimizacija troškova, smanjenje potrebnog vremena za određene aktivnosti i dakako, osigurati konkurentnost i uspješnost na globalnom tržištu. Navedene su neke od metoda planiranja logističkih procesa, kako bi se pojasnila njihova svrha, način rada i implementacije u suvremene lance opskrbe.
Abstract (english)
Logistics processes planning methods are tools for successfull supply chain managment. In huge globalization proccesses, there are many different procedures and methods for planning various logistics proccesses. Owning to uniqueness of every supply chain, there is no templates for solution. Therefore, logistics operators have a task to calculate and find an optimally solution for every new problem. For that case, through empiric development, a various methods have been appeared. A purpose and tasks of these methods are to help logistics managers in decision making. Wise choice and good implementation of certain method result in reduction of the costs and activity times, competitiveness and position in market. In this graduate work some of logistics proccesses planning methods are listed, and their purposes are explained, as their principles and way of implementation in contemporary supply chains.
