Abstract
Servisne stanice su objekti koji služe za obavljanje radnji održavanja i popravka vozila. Gradnja tih objekata regulirana je zakonom. Kod određivanja kapaciteta servisnih stanica postoje određeni kriteriji. Oni se primjenjuju prema zahtjevima definiranim pojedinim slučajevima. U radu je osim općih teorijskih osnova, prikazan primjer proračuna potrebnih kapaciteta servisne stanice i način rada. Za primjer proračuna korišteni su podaci iz Centra za vozila Hrvatske i prikazan je proračun istoga na studiji slučaja servisne stanice Volvo Trucks Centru Zagreb.
Abstract (english)
Service stations are facilities used for carrying out the activities of maintenance and repairing of the vehicles. The construction of these facilities is regulated by law. In determining the capacity of service stations there are certain criteria which should be fulfilled and those are applied according to the requirements defined in certain cases. This paper described the theoretical basis together with the example of calculations for service station capacity and its way of work. As an example, data from the Centar za vozila Hrvatske have been used and the calculations have been made based on a case study of service station Volvo Trucks Centar Zagreb.
