Abstract
Trendovi u poslovanju logističkih operatera osuđeni su na stalni razvoj i prilagođavanje kako bi mogli kvalitetno i optimalno zadovoljiti zahtjevno globalno tržište. Činjenica je da logistika ima sve veću zastupljenost u svakodnevnom životu, te da tvrtke koje se bave logističkim djelatnostima ostvaruju sve veći profit, ako razvijaju svoje logističke usluge i samim time budu konkurentne i neizbježne unutar opskrbnog lanca. Razvojem logistike razvijali su se i logistički koncepti od 1PL, pa sve do 5PL koji je trenutačno najmoderniji i najsloženiji. Logistički operateri primjenom različitih metoda, suvremene tehnologije i znanja, nastoje pružiti što kvalitetniju logističku uslugu i pritom osigurati povjerenje kupca i budući radni odnos. Završni rad se sastoji od 6 poglavlja u kojima se govori o logističkim uslugama i njihovim mogućnostima poboljšanja, vrstama logističkih operatera, razvoju logističke industrije i njezinim značajkama.
Abstract (english)
Trends in 3PL industry have been condemned to continuous development and adaptation in order to satisfy the demanding global market in a quality and optimal way. The fact is that logistics has an increasing presence in everyday life, and that companies engaged in logistics activities are increasing profits in case they develop their logistics, so they could be competitive and inevitable within the supply chain. Logistics development has evolved from logistic concepts from 1PL up to 5PL which is currently the most modern and most complex. Logistic operators using different methods, modern technology and knowledge to strive and provide the most qualitative logistics service, while ensuring customer confidence and future employment. Final work consists 6 chapters which discuss logistics services and their improvement possibilities, types of logistics operators, the development of the logistics industry and its features.
