Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu analizirani su prometni i ekološki učinci izgradnje Jarunskog mosta u Gradu Zagrebu. Na postojećoj prometnoj infrastrukturi u vrijeme jutarnjeg i popodnevnog vršnog sata dolazi do zagušenja prometa uslijed čega se javlja potreba za implementacijom novog prometnog rješenja s ciljem rasterećenja analizirane dionice prometne mreže Grada Zagreba. Da bi utvrdili učinke implementiranog rješenja prvo je bilo potrebno provesti analizu postojećeg stanja prometne infrastrukture, inteziteta prometa te distribucije prometnih tokova na analiziranoj dionici. Predviđena lokacija Jarunskog mosta preuzeta je iz prostornog plana Grada Zagreba. Nakon prijedloga prometnog rješenja napravljena je komparacija distribucije prometnih tokova prije i poslije implementiranog rješenja. Rezultati prije i poslije izgradnje Jarunskog mosta dobiveni su simulacijskim modelom napravljenog na temelju rezultata analize postojećeg stanja prometne infrastrukture i distribucije prometnih tokova izrađenog u mikrosimulacijskom programskom alatu PTV Vissim. Predmetnom komparacijske analize bili su rezultati o vremenu putovanja, vremenu kašnjenja, razini usluge, prosječnoj i maksimalnoj duljini repa čekanja i utjecaj na okoliš prije i poslije izgradnje Jarunskog mosta.
Abstract (english)
In this master’s thesis the traffic and ecological effects of the Jarun Bridge construction in the City of Zagreb were analyzed. Traffic congestion on the existing traffic infrastructure during the morning and afternoon peak hours causes the need for implementation of a new traffic solution with the aim of disburdening the analyzed section of the Zagreb City traffic network. In order to determine the effects of the implemented solution, it was necessary first to analyze the current state of the transport infrastructure, the intensity of traffic and the distribution of traffic flows on the analyzed section of traffic network. The planned location of the Jarun Bridge is taken from the spatial plan of the City of Zagreb. After the proposal of the traffic solution, a comparison of the distribution of traffic flows was made before and after the implemented solution. The results before and after the construction of the Jarun Bridge were obtained by a simulation model based on the results of the analysis of the current state of the traffic infrastructure and the distribution of traffic flows made in the PTV Vissim software. The object of the comparative analysis was the result of travel time, delay time, service level, average and maximum tail length and environmental impact before and after construction of the Jarun Bridge.
