Abstract
Planiranje posada zrakoplova vrlo je kompleksa operacija i potrebno ju je provesti u skladu s pravilnicima, regulatornim odredbama, kolektivnim ugovorima, i sl. Narušavanje fizičkog i/ili psihičkog stanja članova posade utječe na sigurnost zračnog prometa, a postiže se poremećajem cirkadijskog ritma, utjecajem stresa, umora, starenja i ostalih ljudskih čimbenika. Kako bi letačko osoblje bilo odmorno i moglo pravovremeno reagirati tijekom svoje dužnosti implementira se sustav upravljanja rizikom umora. Utvrđivanje rizika umora, procjena rizika umora i mitigacija rizika umora glavne su aktivnosti sustava upravljanja rizikom umora. Cilj navedenih aktivnosti je spriječiti daljnji nastanak rizika umora, odnosno smanjiti trenutni rizik umora. Sve više zračnih prijevoznika nastoji implementirati sustav upravljanja rizikom umora kako bi pridonijeli poboljšanju vlastitog sustava upravljanja sigurnošću.
Abstract (english)
Crew planning is a very complex operation and it needs to be carried out according to books of regulations, regulatory provisions, collective agreements, etc. The physical and/or mental condition violation of the crew member affects the air traffic safety. That violation can be achieved by disturbance of circadian rhythm, stress, fatigue, aging and other human factors. When Fatigue risk management system is implemented flight crew may always be fresh and may timely respond. The main activities of the Fatigue risk management system are fatigue risk identification, fatigue risk assessment and fatigue risk mitigation. The aim of these activities is to prevent further fatigue risk or to reduce the current fatigue risk. More and more airlines want to implement the Fatigue risk management system to improve their own security management system.
