Abstract
Utjecaj globalizacije posljednjih godina zahvaća sve segmente života, što između ostalog, ima za posljedicu udaljavanja mjesta proizvodnje od mjesta potrošnje. Samim time, javlja se potreba za preciznijim planiranjem, realizacijom i optimizacijom prijevoza robe, a osobito lakokvarljive robe. Obzirom da je ovakva vrsta robe temperaturno osjetljiva, potrebno je voditi računa o temperaturnom okruženju u kojem se nalazi. Razlog tome je očuvanje kvalitete i zdrastvene ispravnosti samog proizvoda. Mnoštvo problema u prijevozu lakokvarljive robe svodi se na probleme optimizacije prijevoza. Nameću se sve složeniji zadaci pojedinim tvrtkama, koji proizlaze iz zahtjeva kupaca. Oni se odnose se na povećanje brzine transporta, vremena isporuke, točnosti isporuke, sigurnosti i kvalitete robe. Svrha optimizacije prijevoza jest ostvarivanje maksimalne učinkovitosti, koja se odnosi na zadovoljavanje zahtjeva potrošača, uz minimalan trošak potrebnih resursa kao što su smanjenje vremena potrebnog za dostavu proizvoda, smanjenje prijevoznih troškova i sl. Pojedine tvrtke nastoje pronaći optimalno rješenje koje će dati najbolji odgovor na zadani problem, a da pritom vode računa o ograničenjima, vremenskom roku isporuke proizvoda i o samoj kvaliteti istog. Predmet istraživanja odnosi se na pronalazak rješenja problema, koji utječu na optimizaciju prijevoza lakokvarljive robe, kako bi se postigla maksimalna učinkovitost u zadovoljavanju zahtjeva potrošača uz minimalan trošak potrebnih resursa.
Abstract (english)
For the last few years globalization has spread on all parts of live and cause dispersion of production places and shops. Because of that it's neccessary to take care of tasks which include more precise planning, realization and optimization of the transport of goods, especialy easy perishable goods. It neccesary to take care of temperature environment in which are easy perishable goods beacause they are temperature sensitive. The main reason for that kind of care is to protect it's quality and healthfulness. There are lots of problem in transport of easy perishable goods and it's all come down to optimization problem of transport. Some companys get more, and more demanding tasks which come out from diffrent customers needs. These needs are reffering to transportation speed, time of delivery, accuracy of delivery, product safty and quality of product. The main purpose of transport optimization is to accomplish maximum effect, be able to respod on each and every need which customer ask for, using minimum resurses which refers to less time for delivery, transport cost reduction and so. Some compays try to find a optimal solution which would give best response to specific problem but in the same time they must take care of limitacions, delivery time of product and quality of product. This thesis is about research how to solve problems which affect transport optimization of easy perishable goods in order to achive maximum effect in customers needs using minimum resurses.
