Abstract Parametri ponašanja sustava odnose se na veličine koje obilježavaju npr. značajke kretanja prometnog toka, teorije o maksimalnom vremenu posluživanja, ukupni podaci o godišnjem broju prevezenih putnika, ostvareni putnički kilometri, prosječno trajanje obrta, prosječna brzina putovanja u sustavu, ekonomski pokazatelji poslovanja. To su podaci koji odražavaju vrijednost određenih varijabla kroz određeni (dulji) vremenski raspon. Upućuju u generalno stanje sustava, i omogućuju praćenje ponašanja istog kroz željeno vremensko razdoblje kao i usporedbu sa sličnim sustavima. Promatranjem dobivenih podataka u mikrorazini, moguće je utvrditi kritična mjesta u sustavu te direktne i precizne uzroke prometnih problema zbog kojih se i radi analiza. Najvažnije veličine koje definiraju ponašanje sustava u javnom gradskom prijevozu na mikrorazini su protok putnika, interval, brzina i vrijeme obrta. Prikupljanje podataka brojenjem putnika ili mjerenjem raznih prometnih veličina vrši se za potrebe analize postojećeg sustava, najčešće u fukciji kontrole ponašanja sustava ili pri planiranju i prijektiranju novih sustava. U praksi su vidljivi negativni učinci nepotpunog ili nedovoljno preciznog brojenja prometa, u konačnici i nepotpunog prikaza procesa gdje se stvaraju tehnička rješenja neuzimajući u obzir sve potrebne veličine koje definiraju prometni sustav JGP-a. Također nije standardizirana metodologija kojom bi se došlo do željenih ulaznih podataka koji zadovoljavaju analize te naposljetku rezultiraju kvalitetnim prikazom podataka koji se koriste pri stvaranju tehničkih rješenja prometnih problema. S toga je cilj ovog rada dati prijedlog jedinstvene metodologije primjenjive za prikupljanje, analizu i prikaz podataka veličina koje karakteriziraju proces u JGP-u. Rad se sastoji od šedam poglavlja koja uz uvod i zaključak obrađuju proces prikupljanja i unosa, obrade, prikaza konačnih rezultata u numeričkom i grafičkom obliku te obrađenog primjera autobusne linije 8 iz Rijeke putem kojeg je prikazana obrada i prikaz razultata u numeričkom i grafičkom obliku. Osim prikaza metoda brojenja putnika ili mjerenja određenih veličina u JGP-u, cilj ovog rada jest ukazati na propuste pri korištenju sadašnjih metoda, ili na izostanke prikupljanja određenih podataka zbog čega nije moguće provesti kvalitetne, odnosno točne analize prijevoznih procesa.
Abstract (english) Public transport is characterized by traffic flow indicators, maximum time of service, data regarding the annual number of passengers transported, passenger kilometers achieved, average service duration, average travel speed in the system, and economic performance indicators. All these are supported by data that reflect the process over a longer period. They describe the overall state of the system and allow monitoring system behavior through the desired period as well as comparing. By observing the data, it is possible to identify critical sites in the system and the precise causes of traffic problems which required the analysis to be made. The most important factors that define the behavior of public transport on the micro-level are the passenger flow, interval, speed and cycle time. Passenger counting and measuring various transport indicators is conducted to analyze the existing system, most often to control behavior or when designing new systems. In the practice, there are visible negative effects of incomplete or insufficiently precise traffic counting, resulting in an incomplete representation of the process, and technical solutions are created without considering all the required factors in public transport. Also, a standardized methodology that would lead to the desired input data does not exist, although such methodology would satisfy the analysis and ultimately result in a high-quality data representation used to create technical solutions for traffic problems. The purpose of this undergraduate thesis is to provide a unique methodology for collecting, analyzing and visualizing the data that describes public transport process. The thesis consists of six chapters (with the introduction and conclusion): Methodology of collecting and entering data, Methodology of processing data, Methodology of visualizing results in numerical and graphical form and the elaborated example of the bus line 8 in the City of Rijeka, which shows the processing and the results in numerical and graphical form. Apart from presenting the method of passenger counting or measurements in public transport, the aim of this thesis is to point out the drawbacks when using present methods or the absence of data collection, which is why it is not possible to carry out an accurate analysis of transport process.
