Abstract
U literaturi, opisano je mnoštvo aplikacija zasnovanih na DEA metodi (Data Envelopment Analysis) koja se koristi u ocjenjivanju uspješnosti pokazatelja vezanih uz aktivnosti u različitim kontekstima (političkim, gospodarskim, socijalnim demografskim, ekološkim i sl.). Primjena DEA metode je otvorila mogućnosti za upotrebu baziranu na relativnim učinkovitostima izlaznih u odnosu na ulazne podatke, u slučajevima koji su ne kompatibilni za druge pristupe zbog složene (često nepoznate) prirode odnosa između ulaznih i izlaznih veličina koje je često gotovo nemoguće usporediti. U radu je analizirana svrha uporabe DEA metode u izboru najboljeg prometnog rješenje iz skupa svih mogućih alternativa ovisnih o postavljenim ciljevima. Formalno se optimizacija svodi na određivanje ekstrema (minimuma ili maksimuma) ovisno o vrstama relacija koje se pojavljuju u matematičkomu modelu u užemu smislu i postavljenim uvjetima. Pokazane su mogućnosti usporedbe modela temeljenog na dinamičkim varijablama koje karakteriziraju svako od varijantnih prometnih rješenja. Suština analize svedena je na pronalaženje najboljeg od ponuđenih rješenja.
Abstract (english)
In the literature, there are many applications based on the DEA method (Data Envelopment Analysis), which are used to evaluate the performance of activity-related indicators in different contexts (political, economic, social demographic, environmental, etc.). The use of the DEA method has opened up opportunities for it to be used, based on the relative efficiencies of output versus input, in cases that are incompatible with other approaches due to the complex (often unknown) nature of the relation between input and output quantities, which is often nearly impossible to compare. This paper analyzes the purpose of using the DEA method in selecting of the best traffic solution from a set of all possible alternatives depending on the set goals. Formally, optimization comes down to determining the extremes (minimum or maximum) depending on the types of relations that appear in the mathematical model in the narrowest sense in the set conditions. The possibilities of comparing a model based on dynamic variables that characterize each of the variant transport solutions are shown. The essence of the analysis is to find the best solution.
