Abstract
U lancu opskrbe distribucijska mreža se sastoji od međusobno povezanih čvorova koji primaju zaprimaju robu i isporučuju je kupcima. U razmatranju distribucije ne smije se zanemariti bitna uloga logističkog operatera. U svrhu optimizacije distribucijske mreže provedena je analiza postojeće mreže na primjeru logističkog operatera Milšped Hrvatska d.o.o. Prijedlozi unaprjeđenja postojećeg sustava dani su primjenom Excel programskog alata Solver. Prikazana je mogućnost primjene transportnog modela u optimizaciji distribucijske mreže korišteni ulaznih podataka dobivenih analizom sustava.
Abstract (english)
In the supply chain, the distribution network consists of interconnected hubs that receive goods and deliver them to customers.In considering distribution, the essential role of the logistics operator must not be overlooked.In order to optimize the distribution network, an analysis of the existing distribution network was carried out on the example of logistics operator Milšped Hrvatska d.o.o. Suggestions for improvement the existing system were made using the Excel software tool Solver. The possibility of applying the transport model in the optimization of the distribution network, using the input data obtained from the system analysis, is presented.
