Abstract
Logistički operateri su postali najvažniji subjekti provedbe logističkih procesa koji uz najbolji mogući način uz ostale sudionike opskrbnog lanca mogu osigurati optimalno odvijanje, robnih, novčanih i informacijskih tokova. Unapređenje usluga i poboljšanja rada logističkog operatera očituje se u promjeni koncepta logističkog operatera, od 1PL do 5PL operatera koji je usmjeren na pružanje potpune logističke usluge u provedbi kompletnog opskrbnog lanca i predstavlja napredni menadžment kao integraciju svih aktivnosti. U studiji slučaja kompanije „Continental Mabor“ logistički operater je trebao pronaći optimalno rješenje za poboljšanje faze proizvodnje i distribucije unutar opskrbnog lanca i poboljšavajući efikasnost poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Logistics operators were the most important entities to prove logistics processes that, in the best possible way, with other actors in the supply chain, can ensure optimal implementation of robust, cash, and information flows. The improvement of the service and the improvement of the logistics facility operation is reflected in the change of the concept of the logistics facility, from 1PL to 5PL operator, which is focused on providing complete logistics services in a proven complete supply chain and represents advanced management as an integration of all activities. In Continental Mabor's case studies, the logistics operator must find the optimal solution to improve production and distribution within the supply chain and improve business efficiency.
