Abstract
Zračni promet kontinuirano bilježi povećanje u segmentu prijevoza robe i putnika, te samim time dolazi i do veće vjerojatnosti nastanka nesreće. Kada do nesreće dođe, ključne su operacije nakon nesreće koje služe kako bi se spasilo što je moguće više života te spriječila dodatna šteta na zrakoplovu i imovini zračne luke. Za postizanje usklađenog djelovanja nakon nastalog izvanrednog događaja potrebna je kvalitetna komunikacija i koordinacija između svih organizacija koje sudjeluju u izvanrednom događaju. Primjerom nesreće koja se dogodila u Milanu na zračnoj luci Linate, može se vidjeti važnost usklađenog djelovanja, jer u suprotnom može doći do još težih posljedica.
Abstract (english)
Cargo and passengers air traffic has been increasing over the years, making accidents more probable. When an accident does occur, post-accident operations are critical in order to save as many lives as possible and prevent further damage to aircraft and airport property. Achieving co-ordinated action after an emergency occurrence requires effective communication and coordination between all participants involved in emergency management. For example, an accident that happened at the Milan Linate Airport shows how vital the coordination of post-accident operations really is. If this coordination fails, consequences can be more serious.
