Abstract
Opskrbni lanac temeljen na konceptu efikasnog odgovora na narudžbu kupca, zahtjeva usmjeravanje svih aktivnosti i logističkih procesa zahtjevima i potražnji krajnjeg kupca. Uspostavljanjem bliskih veza među sudionicima opskrbnog lanca, korištenjem suvremenih informacijskih tehnologija i optimizacijom logističkih procesa, postiže se glavni cilj logistike u racionalizaciji poslovanja. Najbolji prikaz djelovanja opskrbnog lanca i logističkih procesa unutar njega je kroz tvrtku s dugogodišnjim radom u praksi.
Abstract (english)
The supply chain, based on the concept of efficient response to the customer's order, requires directing all activities and logistics processes to the requirements and demands of the end customer. By establishing close links between the participants in the supply chain, the use of modern information technologies and the optimization of logistics processes, the main goal of logistics in streamlining business is achieved. The best overview of the operation of the supply chain and logistics processes within it is through a company with many years of work in practice.
