Abstract
Primarna djelatnost Welcome službe jest asistencija pri prihvatu i otpremi posebnih kategorija putnika na zračnoj luci. Aktivnosti koje se pritom provode, određene su u skladu s potrebama putnika i pravilima zračne luke i prijevoznika. To dovodi do mogućih nepodudarnosti na globalnoj razini, što se posebno uočava kod izrazito malih zračnih luka. Za izbjegavanje tog problema istražene su aktivnosti Welcome službe na Zračnoj luci Franjo Tuđman. Analizirane su procedure prihvata i otpreme, kao i nepravilnosti u prijevozu putnika s kojima se djelatnici svakodnevno susreću. Raščlambom planiranih i izvanrednih situacija utvrđene su dužnosti Welcome službe na odabranoj zračnoj luci.
Abstract (english)
The primary activity of the Welcome Service is assistance in receiving and dispatching special categories of passengers at the airport. The activities carried out are determined in accordance with the needs of passengers and the rules of the airport and carriers. This leads to possible discrepancies globally, which is especially noticeable at extremely small airports. To avoid this problem, the activities of the Welcome Service at Franjo Tuđman Airport were investigated. Acceptance and departure procedures were analyzed, as well as irregularities in passenger transport that employees encounter on daily basis. The analysis of planned and emergency situations determined the duties of the Welcome Service at the selected airport.
