Abstract
Navike i zahtjevi korisnika su sve kompleksniji i predstavljaju jedan od najvećih izazova s kojim se logistička industrija danas susreće. Neki od zahtijeva koje danas pred logističkog operatera postavljaju korisnici su brzina, točnost isporuke, praćenje robe i paketa u stvarnom vremenu te mogućnost povrata u slučaju da korisnik nije zadovoljan uslugom. Upravo je segment povrata odnosno povratne logistike područje u kojemu bi se rješenje ‘pametne palete’ primjenjivale. Kako se zelenom i povratnom logistikom želi smanjiti negativan utjecaj na okoliš te potaknuti korištenje transportne ambalaže, ovom idejom želi se povećati kvaliteta korištenja transportne ambalaže, a samim time i očuvanje okoliša.
Abstract (english)
Customers' habits and requirements are increasingly complex and represent one of the biggest challenges facing the logistics industry today. Some of the demands placed on customers by the logistics operator today are speed, delivery accuracy, real-time tracking of goods and packages, and the possibility of a refund in case the customer is not satisfied with the service. It is precisely the return or return logistics segment that is the area where the 'smart pallets' solution would be applied. As green and return logistics aim to reduce the negative impact on the environment and encourage the use of transport packaging, this idea seeks to increase the quality of transport packaging use and thus to the environment.
