Abstract
Zalihe su značajne za održavanje stabilnosti proizvodnog procesa odnosno njegova kontinuiteta. Da bi se adekvatno ispunili zahtjevi krajnjeg korisnika, odnosno potrošača potrebno je pridati posebnu pažnju upravljanju zalihama. Naglasak ovog rada je na važnosti signalne i sigurnosne zalihe u cilju podizanja razine usluge krajnjem korisniku. Signalne zalihe označavaju razinu zalihe kod koje je potrebno izvršiti novi proces nabavke robe, dok su sigurnosne zalihe nivo zaliha koji služi kao... More osiguranje od nedostatka robe pri naglim promjenama u logističkom lancu, bilo manjka ili privremenog prestanka proizvodnje, bilo kašnjenja u isporuci ili nagloj potražnji za pojedinu robu. Abstract (english)
Inventories are important for maintaining the stability of the production process and its continuity. In order to adequately meet the requirements of the end user or consumer, it is necessary to pay special attention to inventory management. The emphasis of this paper is on the importance of signal and safety stock in order to raise the level of service to the end user. Signal stocks indicate the level of stocks at which a new procurement process needs to be carried out, while safety... More stocks are the level of stocks that serve as insurance against shortages of goods in the event of sudden changes in the logistics chain, either shortages or temporary cessation of production; individual goods.
