Abstract
Cilj istraživanja je prezentirati ulogu špeditera u organizaciji uvoza lakopokvarljive robe za koju su potrebni posebni temperaturni režimi. U ovom slučaju riječ je o uvozu „Natura trajnog mlijeka“ iz treće zemlje, Bosne i Hercegovine, u Republiku Hrvatsku. S tim u vezi rad je podijeljen na dva glavna dijela. U prvom, teorijskom, upoznajemo se sa špedicijom kao djelatnosti, ulogom špeditera u organizaciji špediterskog poslovanja, klasifikacijom lakopokvarljive robe te uvjetima i standardima koje je potrebno zadovoljiti kao i potrebnoj dokumentaciji koju treba ishoditi. U drugom, praktičnom dijelu, na primjeru studije slučaja predstavljena je nezamjenjiva uloga špeditera pri uvozu namirnice životinjskog porijekla, mlijeka, budući je riječ o lakopokvarljivoj robi koja je prije svega temperaturno, a onda i vremenski vrlo osjetljiva.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this research is to present the role of freight forwarder in the organization of import of perishable goods which require special temperature regimes. In this case, it is about the import of "Natura milk" from a third country, Bosnia and Herzegovina, to the Republic of Croatia. The work is divided into two main parts. In the first, theoretical, we get acquainted with freight forwarding as an activity, the role of freight forwarders in the organization of freight forwarding business, the classification of perishable goods and the conditions and standards that must be met as well as the necessary documentation to be obtained. In the second, practical part, it is presented on an example of a case study the irreplaceable role of freight forwarders in the import of food of animal origin, milk, since it is a perishable commodity that is temperature and time sensitive.
