Abstract
Kvalitetan odabir odgovarajućeg distribucijskog kanala bitan je za poslovanje svakog poduzeća koje želi biti što konkurentnije na tržištu. To se postiže detaljnom analizom svih aspekata koji utječu na odabir kanala distribucije. Glavni dio ovoga rada usmjeren je na metodome višekriterijske analize sa primjenom u logistici. Analiza kriterija koji utječu na odabir kanala distribucije neprehrambenih proizvoda napravljena je na primjeru tvrke AWT International. Analiza je rađena u programu Expert Choice korištenjem analitičkog hijerarhijskog procesa (AHP) koji se bazira na ocjenjivanju parova kriterija odnosno potkriterija kako bi se dobilo određeno rješenje. U ovom su radu rangirani postojeći kanali distribucije koji su se naposlijetku rangirali sa predloženim kanalom. Dobiveno je rješenje koje ukazuje dali je isplativo uvoditi predloženi kanal u poslovanje tvrtke.
Abstract (english)
Quality selection of the appropriate distribution channel is important for the business of any company that wants to be as competitive as possible in the market. This is achieved by a detailed analysis of all aspects influencing the choice of distribution channel. The main part of this paper focuses on the methods of multicriteria analysis with application in logistics. The analysis of the criteria influencing the selection of distribution channel for non food products was made on the example of the company AWT International. The analysis was done in the Expert Choice program using an analytical hierarchical process (AHP) which is based on the evaluation of pairs of criteria or sub-criteria in order to obtain a specific solution. In this paper, the existing distribution channels are ranked, which were eventually ranked with the proposed channel. The obtained solution indicates whether it is profitable to introduce the proposed channel in the company's business.
