Abstract
Glavna tema ovog rada je opis smjernica razvoja i analize primjene informacijskog okvira TM Forum. Počevši od objašnjavanja pojmova sustav, informacija te informacijski sustav i koji su sve načini i modeli za razvoj informacijskih sustava, ovaj rad bavi se referentnim modelima korištenim za izgradnju informacijskih sustava. U telekomunikacijama referentni modeli su nužni za izgradnju funkcionalnih i učinkovitih informacijskih sustava. Jedan od takvih modela pruža TM Forum. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti i opisati referentne modele i programske alate za modeliranje poslovnih procesa TM Foruma, njegov Open Digital Framework te globalnu inicijativu digitalne transformacije.
Abstract (english)
The main topic of this paper is a description of guidelines for developing and application analysis of the TM Forum information framework. Starting by explaining the terms system, information and information system and means and models for the development of those systems, this paper describes reference models used for constructing information systems. In telecommunications reference models are necessary for building functional and efficient information systems, like the ones offered by TM Forum. The aim of this paper is to survey and to describe TM Forum reference models and program tools for business process modeling, its Open Digital Framework and global iniciative which is digital transformation.
