Abstract
Karakteristike suvremenog poslovanja i globalizacijski procesi utječu i mijenjaju raznolike poslovne aktivnosti pa tako i nabavu te procese u nabavi. Danas je nabava sve manje funkcija s taktičkim zadacima u svezi s izvršenjem zahtjeva za nabavu uz niske nabavne cijene, odnosno ona sve više postaje strateška funkcija koja svoje odluke temelji na filozofiji i politici stvaranja vrijednosti i sniženja ukupnih troškova u lancu opskrbe. Traže se načini što bolje efikasnosti, snižavanju troškova i... More stvaranju veće vrijednosti u lancu opskrbe. Upravo zato i sve veće značenje dobiva planiranje nabave. U ovom radu će biti definirana značenje nabave, zadaci i procesi koji su sastavni dio nabave i planiranja nabave. Uz pojam planiranja nabave veže se i upravljanje zalihama kao dio logističkog procesa. Jedna od temeljnih funkcija upravljanja zaliha jest da omogućuju ekonomičnu proizvodnju i nabavu. U posljednjem dijelu rada prikazan je analitički prikaz nabave zaliha u sustavu periodičnog nadzora. Less
Abstract (english)
The characteristics of modern business and globalization processes affect and change a variety of business activities, including procurement and procurement processes. Today, procurement is less and less a function with tactical tasks related to the execution of procurement requests at low purchase prices, it is increasingly becoming a strategic function that bases its decisions on philosophy and policy of value creation and reduction of total costs in the supply chain. Ways are being sought... More to improve efficiency, reduce costs and create greater value in the supply chain. That is why procurement planning is becoming increasingly important. This final work will define the meaning of procurement, tasks and processes that are an integral part of procurement and procurement planning. The concept of procurement planning is associated with inventory management as part of the logistics process. One of the fundamental functions of inventory management is to enable economical production and procurement. The last part of final work presents an analytical presentation of the procurement of stocks in the periodic monitoring system. Less
