Abstract
U radu se prikazuju karakteristike i svojstva biomase kao obnovljivog izvora energije i novonastalog trenda u prometnom sustavu i vodnom prometu. Proizvodnjom biogoriva nastoji se zamijeniti fosilna goriva, te smanjiti troškove sustava i emisije štetnih plinova, ali da se pritom zadrže jednaka energetska svojstva. Ciljevi ovog rada su sljedeći: istražiti karakteristike i svojstva kruto rasute i tekuće rasute biomase koje se upotrebljavaju u prometnom sustavu i vodnom prometu, koje se tehnologije koriste za proizvodnju biogoriva, definirati ključne značajke za planiranje terminala za biomasu, aktivnosti za funkcionalan koncept opskrbnog lanca za biomasu, te potrebnu prekrcajnu mehanizaciju i skladišnu opremu na terminalima za kruto rasutu i tekuću rasutu biomasu uz kontinuirano poboljšanje njihova dizajna radi smanjivanja problema pri rukovanju biomasom.
Abstract (english)
The paper presents the characteristics and properties of biomass as a renewable energy source and new trend in the transport system and water transport. The production of biofuels seeks to replace fossil fuels, and to reduce system costs and emissions, but to maintain the equal amount of energy contents. The objectives of this paper are: to investigate the characteristics and properties of solid bulk and liquid bulk biomass used in the transport system and water transport, which technologies are used for biofuel production, to define key features for biomass terminal planning, activities for a functional supply chain concept for biomass, and the necessary handling equipment and storage equipment at the terminals for solid bulk and liquid bulk biomass with continuous improvement of their design in order to reduce problems in biomass handling.
