Abstract
Skladištenje robe je vrlo odgovoran zadatak jer nepravilnim skladištenjem se smanjuje kvaliteta i ispravnost robe. Za vrijeme uskladištenja može doći do različitih gubitaka. Uzroci gubitaka mogu biti u prirodi robe, uvjetima uskladištenja, nesavjesnom ili neispravnom manipuliranju robom i sl. Ako se roba pravilno uskladišti, čuva se od nepovoljnih utjecaja, gubitaka i kvarenja. Kod skladišta posebnog temperaturnog režima najviše pažnje se mora obratiti na dvije bitne stavke, a to su temperatura i vrijeme. U radu će se opisati skladišni procesi u tvrtki, prikazati tijek procesa, identificirati uska grla prilikom izvođenja pojedinih procesa te predložiti mogućnost njihove optimizacije.
Abstract (english)
Storage of goods is a very responsible task because improper storage reduces the quality and correctness of goods. Various losses can occur during storage. The causes of losses can be in the nature of the goods, storage conditions, negligent or improper handling of goods, etc. If the goods are stored properly, they are protected from adverse effects, losses and spoilage. In the case of a special temperature regime warehouse, the most important attention must be paid to two important items, namely temperature and time. The paper will describe the warehousing processes in the company, show the course of the process, identify bottlenecks in the execution of individual processes and suggest the possibility of their optimization.
