Abstract
Razvoj informacijsko-komunikacijskih sustava potiče evoluciju konvencionalnih ad hoc mreža vozila u internet vozila (eng. Internet of Vehicles). U takvome okruženju sva vozila sadrže komunikacijske mogućnosti kojima mogu osigurati sigurno i prikladno transportno okruženje povećanjem povezivosti i interoperabilnosti. IoV pruža veliku istraživačku vrijednost i potencijal za privlačenje komercijalnog interesa obuhvaćanjem i povezivanjem niza entiteta razrađenim aplikacijama za poboljšanje sigurnosti i efikasnosti u prometu kao i sustavima informiranja i zabave. Razmatraju se industrijski standardi i komunikacijski protokoli razvijeni za promicanje primjene interneta vozila. Uz to, predlažu se slojevite arhitekture i mrežni modeli za internet vozila s obzirom na njihove funkcionalnosti. Konačno, spominju se mogućnosti primjene aplikacija interneta vozila u inteligentnim transportnim sustavima te se analizira jedan slučaj takve primjene.
Abstract (english)
The development of information and communication systems encourages the evolution of conventional ad-hoc vehicle networks to Internet of Vehicles. In such an environment, each vehicle contains communication capabilities that provide a safe and convenient transport environment by increasing connectivity and interoperability. IoV provides great research value, as well as a huge potential for attracting commercial interest by encompassing and connecting a number of entities with the development of traffic safety and efficiency applications as well as information and entertainment systems. Industry standards and communication protocols developed to promote Internet vehicle applications are considered. In addition, layered architectures and network models for Internet vehicles are proposed with respect to their functionalities. Finally, the possibilities of utilizing IoV applications within intelligent transport systems are considered, and a case study of an IoV application is analyzed.
