Abstract
Cilj završnog rada je objasniti i analizirati na koji način i kojim tehnikama se organiziraju podaci unutar informacijskih sustava mrežnih operatora. Objašnjeni su postupci pripreme i analize podataka kako bi se postigla kvalitetna struktura i dizajn baze podataka. Navedeni su i pojašnjeni primjeri aplikacija koje se oslanjaju na baze podataka, a koriste se i kod ostalih grana poslovanja kako bi se pojednostavilo poslovanje te kako bi se povećala kvaliteta usluge. Također je analiziran primjer primjene baza podataka unutar sustava mrežnih operatora prilikom prijenosa broja korisnika od jednog do drugog mrežnog operatora. Istaknuta je važnost baza podataka kao i pristup i tok podataka prilikom tog procesa.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the final paper is to explain and analyze how and by using what techniques the data are organized within the information systems of network operators. Data preparation and analysis procedures are explained in order to achieve a quality database structure and design. Examples of applications that rely on databases, which are also used in other branches of business in order to simplify business and to increase the quality of services, are also given and explained. An example of the application of databases within the system of network operators when transferring the number of users from one network operator to another is also analyzed. The importance of databases as well as the access and flow of data during this process was emphasized.
