Abstract
Upravljanje zalihama jedan je od najvažnijih pojmova s kojima se poduzeće susreće. Za dobro poslovanje je od iznimne važnosti dobro upravljanje zalihama i odabir pravog modela za upravljanje i kontrolu zalihama. ABC analiza je alat koji govori koji je artikl od najveće važnosti i daje poduzeću uvid u važnost svakog pojedinog proizvoda. Izričito je bitna, međutim neka poslovanja žele detaljniji uvid u važnost artikla i zato uvode druge kriterije važnosti. Koristeći AHP metodu, ABC analiza dobiva još više na bitnosti jer ne samo da ispituje kriterij prihoda pojedinog artikla, već može klasificirati proizvode i po ostalim faktorima.
Abstract (english)
Inventory management is one of the most important terms for positive business, but its extremely important to do quality inventory management and chosing the right model for inventory control and inventory management. ABC analysis is a tool which is used for clasiffication inventory and its very important because it tells importance of each and every product. Its very important analysis, however, some businesses maybe want a little bit more detailed insight of how important which product is. By using AHP method, ABC analysis can classificate products by other factors which are important for the company.
