Abstract
Tema diplomskog rada je modeliranje i razvoj aplikacije za upravljanje korisnicima mobilnog operatora. Kroz rad će se analizirati sastavnice telekomunikacijskog tržišta te sudionici na telekomunikacijskom tržištu. Kroz rad će se nastojati objasniti način funkcioniranja sustava za upravljanje korisnicima mobilnih operatera. Fokus se također stavlja na hrvatske mobilne operatore te njihove performanse i usluge koje nude korisnicima. S obzirom na to da mobilni operatori svakodnevno sve više napreduju i unaprjeđuju svoje usluge objasnit će se i nove usluge koje nude mobilni operatori. U svrhu diplomskog rada izrađena je aplikacija korištenjem MVC (Model View Controller) koja se koristi kao sustav za upravljanje korisnicima.
Abstract (english)
The topic is modeling and development of applications for a mobile operator’s customer management. The paper will analyze the components of the telecommunications market and participants in the telecommunications market. The paper will try to explain how a mobile operator’s customer management system works. The focus is also on Croatian mobile operators and their performance and the services they offer to customers. Given that mobile operators are increasingly advancing and improving their services, the new services offered by mobile operators will be explained. For this graduate thesis, an application was created using MVC (Model View Controller) which is used as a user management system.
