Abstract
Diplomski rad temeljen je na uspostavi i pružanju podatkovnih ATM usluga u sklopu Arhitekture zračnog prostora u Europi. S obzirom na razvoj zračnog prometa i budućih očekivanja razvoja koji bi omogućio suradnju država na razini svih članica EUROCONTROL-a razmjenom podataka za kvalitetnije pružanje operativnih usluga u zračnom prometu, očekuje se uvođenje posebne vrste usluge koja obavlja prikupljanje svih potrebnih podataka za uspješno pružanje usluga. Svrha diplomskog rada je analizirati trenutno stanje podatkovnih ATM usluga u sklopu drugih usluga, te načine i mogućnosti implementacije novih usluga. Obradit će se mogućnosti organizacije, nadzora, certificiranja, stvaranja tržišta, te vrste modela koji predstavljaju najbolji pristup pružanja usluga. Cilj istraživanja je prikazati potencijale podatkovnih ATM usluga, mogućnosti suradnje različitih ATSP-a, prilike boljeg planiranja i organizacije.
Abstract (english)
This master's thesis is based on the establishment and providing of ATM data services as part of European airspace architecture study. Given the development of air transport and the expectations of the future development that would enable cooperation between countries at the level of all EUROCONTROL members by exchanging data for better providing of air traffic services it is expected to introduce a special type of service that collects all necessary data for successful service provision. The purpose of this master's thesis is to analyse the current state of ATM data services within other services, and ways and possibilities of implementing new services. The possibilities of organization, supervision, certification, market creation, and the types of models that represent the best approach to service delivery will be addressed. The goal of this research is to show the potentials of ATM data services, possibilities of cooperation of different ATSPs, opportunities for better planning and organization.
