Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad fokusiran je na razvoj inteligentnih transportnih sustava i telematičkih rješenja te je obrađena arhitektura istog. Prikazana je strategija dodjele bezuvjetnog prioriteta vozila pod pratnjom te struktura signalnih planova i algoritama na raskrižju. Radom su obrađene metodologije istraživanja kao i njezini prikupljeni podatci koji su se analizom istraživanja proveli kroz obradu rezultata, odnosno izvršena je evaluacija prikupljenih rezultata u PTV VISSIM simulacijskom softver-u.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis focuses on the development of intelligent transport systems and telematic solutions and the architecture of it is processed. The strategy of assigning unconditional priority of escorted vehicles and the structure of signal plans and algorithms at the intersection are presented. The paper deals with the research methodologies as well as its collected data, which were carried out through the analysis of the research through the processing of the results, i.e. the evaluation of the collected results in the PTV VISSIM simulation softwer was carried out.
