Abstract
Upravljački sustav vozila aktivni je element sigurnosti i odgovoran je za kontroliranje smjera kretanja vozila. Aktivni i pasivni elementi sigurnosti te adaptivni sustavi doprinose sigurnosti i udobnosti vožnje. Upravljački sustav sastoji se od tri ključne komponente, a to su kolo upravljača, upravljački stup i upravljačka letva koji zajedno uz pomoć servo sustava prenose okretni moment na kotače. Servo sustav može se nalaziti na stupu upravljača ili upravljačkoj letvi te olakšava vozaču zakretanje kola upravljača pojačavajuću ulaznu silu zakretanja na kotače. Adaptivni sustavi poput adaptivnog tempomata, sustava automatskog parkiranja, sustava za izbjegavanje sudara i sustava za održavanje vozila unutar trake nadograđuju funkcionalnost upravljačkog sustava. Različite vrste ovjesa, poput MacPherson ovjesa, multilink ovjesa i ovjesa s dvostrukim vilicama doprinose stabilnosti, udobnosti i performansama vozila. Usklađen i ispravan rad svih elemenata omogućuje sigurniju, udobniju i napredniju vožnju.
Abstract (english)
The vehicle's steering system is an active safety element responsible for controlling the direction of vehicle movement. Active and passive safety elements, along with adaptive systems, contribute to driving safety and comfort. The steering system consists of three key components: the steering wheel, steering column, and steering rack, which, together with the help of the servo system, transmit the rotational force to the wheels. The servo system can be located on the steering column or steering rack and facilitates the driver's wheel turning by amplifying the input force applied to the wheels. Adaptive systems like adaptive cruise control, automatic parking, collision avoidance, and lane keeping systems enhance the functionality of the steering system. Different types of suspensions, like as MacPherson suspension, multilink suspension, and double-wishbone suspension, contribute to stability, comfort, and vehicle performance. The harmonized and proper functioning of all components enables a safer, more comfortable, and advanced driving experience.
