Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad fokusira se na dijelove prijevozne mreže, na dijelove prijevozne logistike i na dijelove distribucijske logistike koji su uključeni u protok gotovih proizvoda od njihovih logističko-distribucijskih centara do manjih skladišnih kapaciteta koji se nalaze bliže mjestu potrošnje i prodaje. Cilj istraživanja je analizirati načine i metode koje tvrtke koriste za distribuciju njihovih proizvoda kroz transportnu mrežu te dati prijedlog optimizacije sa naglaskom na smanjenje troškova prijevoza i skladištenja. Istraživanje analizira trenutno stanje distribucijske mreže u promatranom području (Zadarska županija RH), koji su ključni izazovi s kojima se prijevozničke tvrtke susreću i koji su to troškovi koji se mogu smanjiti da bi se ostvarila ušteda i pružila bolju profitabilnost tvrtke.
Abstract (english)
This master's thesis focuses on the components of the transportation network, transportation logistics, and distribution logistics involved in the flow of finished products from their distribution logistics centers to smaller storage facilities closer to the point of consumption and sale. The aim of the research is to analyze the methods and techniques that companies use for product distribution through the transportation network and to provide optimization suggestions with an emphasis on reducing transportation and storage costs. The study examines the current state of the distribution network in the observed region (Zadar County, Croatia), identifying key challenges faced by transportation companies and pinpointing cost reduction opportunities to achieve savings and enhance the company's profitability.
