Abstract
Skladišno poslovanje je dinamično okruženje koje je uvjetovano trendovima i novim zahtjevima korisnika u opskrbnom lancu. Nekoliko čimbenika određuje uspješnost skladišnog poslovanja. Skladišne procese obavljaju skladišni radnici koji time predstavljaju značajan čimbenik u uspješnosti skladišnog poslovanja. Za ispunjavanje postavljenih zahtjeva i promjena koje logistički trendovi postavljaju, skladišni radnici moraju održati svoju kompetentnost za učinkovito izvršavanje skladišnih procesa. Provedenim istraživanjem se analiziraju: razine edukacije, uključenost i motiviranost administrativnih i operativnih radnika u edukacijama u logistici, potrebe edukacija u logistici prema kompetencijama i ključnim poslovima skladišnog radnika.
Abstract (english)
Warehouse operations is a dynamic environment conditioned by trends and new demands of users in the supply chain. Several factors determine the success of warehouse operations. Warehouse processes are performed by warehouse workers, who thus represent a significant factor in the success of warehouse operations. In order to meet the set requirements and changes that the logistics trends set, warehouse workers must be able to maintain their competence to efficiently execute warehouse processes. Research analyzes the levels of education, the involvement and motivation of administrative and operational workers in logistics education, the needs of logistics education according to the competencies and key tasks of a warehouse worker.
