Abstract
Intermodalni transport nudi značajne prednosti u efikasnosti i ekonomičnosti kombiniranjem različitih vrsta prometa. Međutim, tako kompleksni sustav nosi i određene rizike kojima je nužno upravljati. Za uspješno upravljanje rizicima potrebno je iste identificirati, analizirati i kontrolirati potencijalne prijetnje. Sveobuhvatan pristup upravljanju rizicima, uključujući edukaciju zaposlenika i korištenje naprednih tehnologija, omogućava tvrtkama da maksimiziraju prednosti intermodalnog transporta, osiguravajući dugoročnu održivost poslovanja. Ovaj rad istražuje upravljanje rizicima, te metode i tehnike koje se primjenjuju kako bi se rizici minimizirali.
Abstract (english)
Intermodal transport offers significant advantages in efficiency and cost-effectiveness by combining different types of transportation. However, such a complex system also carries certain risks that must be managed. Successful risk management requires the identification, analysis, and control of potential threats. A comprehensive approach to risk management, including employee education and the use of advanced technologies, allows companies to maximize the benefits of intermodal transport, ensuring long-term business sustainability. This paper explores risk management and the methods and techniques applied to minimize risks.
